This labneh burrata cheese tart is the perfect cheesy, yet light and refreshing appetizer to serve guests.
The bottom is made of a flaky and crispy sheet of Turkish puff pastry, while the insides are filled with a mixture of sauteed spinach and labneh cheese.
Over all that, I added an extra layer of cheesiness with dollops of rich burrata cheese, tangy grated tomatoes, and some sliced green chilis for a kick of spice.
I love serving this labneh burrata cheese tart as a summer appetizer, or as a side dish with summer drinks.
You’ll love cutting into this crispy, flaky, cheesy and rich cheese tart with friends and family!
